This cup warmer is totally amazing. I had been struggling with a several year old cup warmer that felt hot to the touch but was only keeping my coffee lukewarm. With this new one, the first sip is still piping hot almost an hour after buying a grande starbucks coffee. I would highly recommend this to other users. I know some people complained about the on/off switch not being directly on the device, but frankly I wouldn't want to be touching the device while it's on and the switch is no more than 6 inches from the base. Enjoy!
