After a five-minute cool-down period, the now-crisp tortilla can be stuffed with beans, meat, lettuce, cheese, chiles, and whatever else you want. The 2-1/4-inch-deep by 8-1/2-inch-wide bakers can also be used for brioche (there's a good recipe on the box) and other breads, desserts, and molded salads.
