The splatter screen fits over skillets, pots, and woks 11-inches in diameter and smaller, reflecting bubbling oil or marinara sauce back into the cookware instead of onto nearby walls and countertops. In contrast to a standard lid, the splatter screen allows the cooking dish breath and can double as a sieve or steaming screen.Nor Pro crafted the nonstick splatter screen in durable 18/10 stainless steel.
