Customer Review: Simple, but quality - excellent results

The sheets were thinner than I had imagined, but this turned out to be good. They are easy to store and nest well and take up practically no space (and I have 4 of them!). They are sturdy enough to remove from the oven with one hand full of a dozen large biscuits. We purchased them as a part of our effort to replace kitchen baking/eating items with nonreactive materials and we're very happy with this product. Edges are not sharp as some have commented.
Only drawback would be that the edges aren't inclosed, so you can't cook anything with liquid/juices (ie: chicken breasts, etc) if company comes over and you need a bigger pan. :)
