I've had my aluminum pans for some 5 years now and they are my favorite for baking bacon, cookies and roasting vegetables. Yes, mine have a very slight warp but it's nothing serious and it doesn't effect my cooking. I always grease the pans, even when the recipe says to go ungreased. If food does stick, I don't worry, clean up is easy, easy. Nothing hot water and green scrubby can't wipe out.
As for the rolled edges that catch dishwater, I've too have learned to let them dry diagonally or pop them into the hot oven when it's cooling down after baking. No problems with rust or discoloring. These pans are tough and dependable.
