I love these butter warmers! They were a Christmas gift to myself this year. The flame is protected to avoid accidental contact with flammables on the table. They function well for butter or au jus while looking very attractive on the table. Each cup holds a generous 1/2 cup and can be used separately for other purposed. They also wash up easily and the tea light is included. (Box reusable for easy storage when not in use.) Price was reasonable, and as always, prompt, free super saver shipping with Amazon!
