The Norpro Scoop is made from sturdy 18/10 stainless steel with an easy release handle for right or left hand use. The heavy-duty spring action is perfect for releasing cold ice cream, sticky cookie dough, or mashed potatoes. A great way to make sure all your cookies or meatballs are the same size and cook evenly. The scoop has a 2 Tbsp or 1 ounce capacity.An all-purpose scoop, this tool portions ice cream, frozen yogurt, cookie dough, meat balls, rice dishes, and vegetable pur?es. And it's ideal for forming pretty sherbet balls to fill dessert glasses. Its heavy-duty spring action releases food with a squeeze of the hand by sliding a thin steel band beneath it. The scoop head, 2 inches in diameter, holds 2 tablespoons.
