I was shopping in Williams Sonoma and found this kind of pan with the recipe book I also purchased. I thought it looked like fun. The book and pan were packaged together for $68 at WS. I thought I'd check out Amazon and found a similar pan and the same cookbook all for under $30. The pan is perfect and I have made several batches of these so far - love it!Customer Review: Great Item

We ordered this pan from Amazon a few months back. As usual, it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I've been using this pan at least once a week and the results have improved dramatically. The pan did not get any better ... but I did. It does take some practice. Non stick is an understatement, even jelly wipes right off.Customer Review: AEBELSKIVER PAN

I LIKE IT. THE FIRST TIME, I FOLLOWED THE ATTACHED RECIPE TO A "T". (IT WAS EXPENSIVE, BUT GOOD). SINCE THEN WE'VE IMPROVISED, AND THAT'S WORKING GREAT, TOO. THE PAN WORKS WELL ON MY CERAMIC TOPPED ELECTRIC STOVE. THE AEBLSKIVER'S TAKE LONGER TO COOK, THAN PANCAKES. MY FAMILY SAY THEY'RE WORTH THE WAIT!Customer Review: I love Ebelskivers!

This is the perfect pan. Lightweight, nonstick, easy to use. It makes perfect Ebelskivers. There were so many different choices on Amazon, but this one works great. They are a great size. This pan is wonderful making just the right sized aebleskivers. The size of the cups is perfect. The base is the right size to completely cover the burner. Some pans are too small for this. The pan is heavy enough to manipulate and the aebleskivers are easy to turn. I would highly recommend it!
