My wife and I decided that we wanted to try a dish that her mother use to make for her when she was a little girl. It was a dish similar to chicken-a-la-king but with a few different variations like: pimentos, fresh cilantro, celery and mushroom. Take these items along with the other basics that go into your chicken-a-la-king and make a huge pot and let it simmer for one hour. While you're waiting for this to cook you can heat up some oil either in a pan or in a deep fryer. Then you take your Norpro Rosette set and choose a design and dip them into a your favorite batter and start making the shells for your chicken-a-la-king. When you are finished you can fill up your shells with the chicken-a-la-king and eat them til your hearts content.
This is a long process but also a favorite of ours for those times when you really can't think of anything to feed the kids. Enjoy!
