No buyers remorse here. I made the recipes that come with the pan. The "best ever cream filling" is really good. I've made the recipe twice now and have experimented with when it's best to take the little cakes out. About a 10 minute cooling period helps. Even spraying a little vegatable spray helps. They've also came out pretty good without the spray, but there was zero breakage with the spray. I'm looking forward to trying different recipes. I put them in the freezer and take out as needed. They're a lot easier to freeze, store and pack then a frosted piece of cake.
So fun and easy to make, plus they taste great!!!

I just received my norpro cream canoe pan and have already made up a batch using the recipe I found in "Mary Janes Farm" magazine. It made just enough for the pan,they popped out right away and are now cooling and waiting for the filling. I am looking forward to using this pan a lot and would recommend it to anyone that enjoys baking something a bit different.Customer Review: I love this twinkie pan!!

I baked a batch of twinkies immediately after i received this pan from the Courier man. These cute little cakes dislodged easily from the pan and look remarkably similar to the real thing. More importantly - Homemade twinkies taste BETTER than the real twinkies cos all the ingredients are fresh - no chemical stuff to prolongs its shelf life! :)

Beautiful piece of baking equipment for the baker who wants something a little different. The "injector" tip in the 9-piece decorating set works great. We have gluten allergies and can't enjoy store-bought treats anymore. This unique pan lets us have our cake and eat it too! Well worth the price. This pan is great. I used it to make exotic twinkie-like snack cakes in various flavors (coconut with pineapple filling, for example), and it works perfectly. The cakes pop out as soon as they're done baking and it's ready for the next batch: totally non-stick, the exact right shape, perfect!
