Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Norpro 5 1/2-Inch Stainless Steel Funnel with Detachable StrainerCustomer Review: A good item Summary: 5 Stars
This funnel is of really high quality - it's made well enough it might even serve as a sausage stuffing attachment for your meat grinder - that's a joke folks - but it is very well made and I'm happy with my purchase. I wish they made one a little larger, though. This one is just about perfect for filling baby bottles, but a larger model would fit my needs better.
Customer Review: Good strainer... Summary: 5 Stars
If you have a fryer, you don't want to waste the used oil. This strainer/funnel is the perfect companion to your fryer. It gets most of the junk out of your oil and if you are really picky, you could put a paper filter in it to get even more stuff out of the oil (that would take awhile to strain though, so I never worry about it too much).
Customer Review: There's no better funnel for a deep fryer Summary: 5 Stars
Figured I'd need a funnel after I bought a deep fryer, read the reviews about this one and bought it. A very good decision. I've had funnels over the years but nothing like this. It's large, sturdy, the screen holes are the perfect balance to filter out the large particles and not slow too much. Fits in the dishwasher nicely too.
Customer Review: A very serious funnel and strainer Summary: 5 Stars
If you're looking for an industrial-strength stainless steel strainer, this is about the most rugged one you'll find. My son is a homebrew fan, and he finds this funnel just right for transferring large volumes of the liquids he uses in the brewing process. The fit and finish is flawless, and it looks like it will last forever.
Customer Review: Quality Funnel Summary: 5 Stars
We use this funnel to transfer hand squeezed citrus juice to drinking glasses and it works like a charm. The removable strainer insert fits snugly and securely into place to catch pulp, then easily pops out for easy dishwasher cleaning afterward. It also makes the occasional task of straining fryer oil so much easier.
