I have tried a couple of "cup warmers" that just didn't seem to work. The warmer plates were lukewarm at best. This cup warmer really works. The plate warmer is hot and keeps my coffee nice and warm. The construction is strudy unlike the other so called warmers I have tried in the past. I believe you will not be disappointed if you choose to try this particular cup warmer; I know I'm not. I am placing an order for 3 more warmers; one each for my husband, dad and sister. In fact I think I will order an extra one for myself to beside the couch so I won't have to keep moving mine for the desk to the couch! :) Enjoy!

I could not be happier with this coffee warmer. my old one at 9 watts (stated on bottom of product) had coffee getting cold after one hour. this 24 watt warmer keeps coffee hot but not scolding, and for at least 4+ hours, which is as long as I've used it so far. Plus I love the on/off switch on the plug opposed to on the stand. When on the stand, a little spilt coffee will highly affect the on/off button operation, not on the plug though! The base is wide too, I can fit my wide 18 oz mug on the warmer with room to spare. I love and highly recommend this product for anyone wanting to keep a beverage hot for hours and hours.Customer Review: great warmer - works well on a large cup, albeit not more than 50% full

This warmer has performed admirably under strange circumstances. I use it to warm shaving cream and keep it warm throughout my shave. It's a pretty unorthodox use, but for my purposes I use a large soup cup, warm it thoroughly under hot water inside and out, and set it on the warmer. I then put my cream and hot water in it and lather it up. By the time I get to shaving, the stuff is even hotter than it started. Granted it's not a full mug of water (or cream), but the fact that it can actually raise the temperature a little bit is a good sign. Highly recommend. This coffee warmer works exactly as I expected it to. Bravo. I enjoy a cup of Cuban coffee every morning (espresso with creamed sugar) and like to savor it while I read the paper. This allows me to sip away for a half hour while the coffee is maintained at a very drinkable temperature - not scalding, not tepid, exactly right. I walked away from it yesterday to check mail and returned an hour later to find that the last sip was just as good as the first, not cold and not burned. Also, the warmer looks OK on the countertop. My wife doesn't scurry to hide it in a cupboard like everything else.Customer Review: Beyond 5 stars

Great cup warmer in design and function. Cord is not shorter than expected as one reviewer mentioned. Switch is on cord but still very close to unit's base, so it remains convenient. It warms up instantly. A&L International knocked my socks off with its amazing customer service. I had the product delivered the next day after I placed order with Amazon. The A & L letter explained its mission to earn a 5 star feedback rating from every customer. Consider that a "mission accomplished" with this customer as I would gladly give A&L International a 10 star review.
