Electric Beverage Warmer
This is the second identical product purchased because I was satisfied with the first one. It was a mistake to assume that the second one would work as well as the first one. It did not ! It just barely warms the coffee even though I am using the same mug. It was made in China which might have something to do with its reliability.

I chose this costly coffee beverage warmer, as I wanted a good one! Wrong.
When it finally gets hot THE WHOLE THING INCLUDING THE WHOLE BASE GETS WAY TOO HOT! DO NOT EVEN THINK OF TOUCHING IT. I put it on a 200 page papberback book, so as not to ruin my table top. and it heated right through . Wish I had stayed with the cheaper denendable warmer with a cup INCLUDED ... the name ?????? ..

I bought one of these from another store but is same product. My old one, different brand, no longer available kept a hot cup of coffee placed on it hot enough. This new one does not. I can not stand it any where as hot as my Dad or my Wife so I don't think I am expecting too much.
PS: hot glue wood workers; nah dude nah; look else where. (old one was good for glue).

The beverage warmer does not work and my attempts to contact the distributor in order to return and get a credit have resulted in naught. I gave it one star because I had to check that block.

Don't waste your money on this. Unless you like your coffee luke warm (I can't imagine it) you will not be satisfied with this product. I am promptly returning mine.
