Couldn't be happier! It takes me about 30 minutes to finish an 8 ounce mug of coffee between family interruptions and checking email, and now it stays good and hot (but never too hot) to the last drop. I love the on-off switch (about two inches from the warming base) and the indicator light (red) on the front is plenty bright enough. I sit in a day-lit sunroom with windows on three sides. I don't need an extension cord (it's probably 4 feet long). The light gray faux-stone look is probably compatible for any decor. Highly recommended.Customer Review: Keeps my cup warm all day

I use this for tea and coffee at work. I am frequently away from my desk and usually returned to cold coffee. Not now. This kept my tea warm for about 6 hours today. The "on" light is a bit dim on the front, so be careful that you remember to turn it off. The on/off switch is on the cord about an inch from the base and is convenient as long as you keep your cup an inch or more from the edge of your desk. The base seems to stay in place on my desk without sliding easily. I would recommend this one to anyone in a similar situation.Customer Review: Safe, Attractive, and IT WORKS!

Never thought I'd use one of these again after my toddler got burned on my old 25 watt Dazey. But she's grown now and I got tired of cold coffee in the living room while reading the paper. This 18 watt little beauty keeps my big coffee mug hot enough to force me to sip and is attractive enough to leave on the end table. Having the on/off switch on the cord ensures the warmer won't turn on by itself which was what caused the danger with my old one. I had a beverage warmer by a different mfg that was dropped & cracked in half. Prior to its demise I thought that one was great. But this one is much better. The base is larger so it will accomodate a larger mug. The on/off switch is closer to the base so it doesn't hang over the table which would sometimes cause my previous warmer to start sliding off the table from the weight. The new one also maintains a higher warming temp. so it keeps my tea at a perfect sipping temp. This cup warmer is totally amazing. I had been struggling with a several year old cup warmer that felt hot to the touch but was only keeping my coffee lukewarm. With this new one, the first sip is still piping hot almost an hour after buying a grande starbucks coffee. I would highly recommend this to other users. I know some people complained about the on/off switch not being directly on the device, but frankly I wouldn't want to be touching the device while it's on and the switch is no more than 6 inches from the base. Enjoy!
