Has immensely improved the quality of my work life. It's wonderful to have a brief moment of pleasure available on your desk, one that will be there no matter how mind-numbing and tedious your workday becomes. I agree that the cord is too short, and the switch is placed so that you will probably have to crawl under your desk to turn it on or off, but it's worth it to me.Customer Review: As advertised

I am delighted with my electric beverage warmer. It looks great on my granite counter top, but more important than that, it actually keeps my coffee very hot to the last drop. I no longer have to keep reheating my cup in the microwave on cold mornings. I can sip at my leisure while I enjoy the newspaper, or while working at my desk. It worked as good as I could have hoped. Short of plugging in my coffee cup itself, this is the best thing I could find to keep my coffee warm. It works perfectly for me. If there is a con it is that the light can be hard to see if it is on and the switch rotates so you can't look at it to see if it is on. Just love this coffee warmer- - -it is easy to get distracted and/or carried away with something while working at my desk and my coffee turns icy cold before I realize it. Now that I have my little beverage warmer there and doing it's job I can rely on it to keep my coffee nice and warm when I can get back to enjoying it. No not that kind of honey! Honey bee honey can be like that famous treacle in January especially in those "cooler" midwestern kitchens in winter. Mornings when you need it in a hurry to sweeten that cup of tea, cereal, pancakes, etc. a short spell on the NorPro is all it takes to keep the juices flowing right where and when you need them.
