I received the pan today and made the donuts tonight. :) They came out perfectly. I filled the cups about 7/8 full - perfect. Browned them lightly, exactly on time. To get the donuts out, I just tapped the pan and they fell out. No need to spray, grease or whatever. Clean-up was simple - I just wiped the cups out. No scrubbing or soaking. I love this pan! (I made gluten-free, vegan donuts, and they worked great in here - didn't notice any difference.) Buy it!Customer Review: doughnut pans

These doughnut pans are just great. They come with a recipe but I used the recipe that came with the Family Circle Magazine--similar except for less sugar. Just spray the pans good before you put the batter in the pans. I did not use a bag to fill the pans--I just put the batter in the pans with a small spoon and smoothed out the batter--it works just fine. The doughnuts are great and you can make your icing if you wish or eat them plain.Customer Review: Awesome pan, tastey recipe

The non-stick surface on this pan is excellent. The heat is even and the doughnuts turned out terrific. The recipe on the back is a great first recipe that we'll use again and again. The doughnuts are a little heavy in weight but the flavor is great and the reduction in calories makes it possible to enjoy doughnuts without all the guilt!Customer Review: Wonderful

I love this pan. I bought 2 to use for a specific recipe for apple cider doughnuts, and the doughnuts turned out beautifully. They slid out of the pan after baking with no difficulty. (This was my first time ever baking doughnuts, and even though I did use nonstick spray, I was worried that they would stick, but they didn't.)Customer Review: Love it!

Easy to use, our donuts come out perfect every time...they never stick. We make donuts all the time now knowing that they are a slightly healthier version. I don't recommend the donut recipes that comes with the pan though. They are not bad but I've found a better recipe that uses brown sugar and buttermilk instead. Yum!
