Description of Norpro 6520 Lobster Crab Cracker
Easily crack lobster, crab and other shellfish. Perfect teeth to grab legs and claws securely. 6.5-Inch lengthThis cleverly designed, V-shaped tool will come in handy when you're preparing fish and shellfish. One end of the chrome-plated head is a tweezers. Use it to remove bones and skin from cooked or uncooked fish and to remove shells from prawns. The other end is a thick, rounded blade. Use the blade to cut along a fish's backbone, before or after cooking, so it can be removed, as well as for prying open oyster shells. The fish tool is 6-3/4 inches long and has a soft, fish-shaped, santoprene handle--embossed on the end to resemble a fish head--that won't slip when wet. --Fred Brack
