I bought this to stir small curds for 2-gallon home-made cheeses. Perfect! Solid, restaurant quality.
Update: now that I've had it for a while, I can't live without it. Great for 4 gallon curds -- essential for asiago/Parmesan type cheese that need small curds. It is solid.
