These silicone hearts work, and I use them specifically for eggs. You just have to use a non-stick pan with some non-stick spray. I like to cook the eggs at low heat and use a cover to evenly distribute the heat. They take a little longer to cook but the results are worth waiting for..! I am looking now for different shapes from this brand..
