I ordered these because I needed to spend $5 more to qualify for free shipping on something I really wanted. I liked that they were all the same color with a different color symbol on them for meat, fish, and vegetables.
They slip all around the counter while cutting. Obviously they don't have a reservoir so they get pretty wet too (trailing off onto the counter and making it sticky).
They are flexible and easy to throw everything in a pot at once. They don't show any wear from my chopping knife after several uses.
I punched a hole in each and have them hanging from a hook above the counter. It keeps them handy.
Make sure you dry them well and leave them separated or it will defeat the purpose of having separate ones.
They are cheap and cheaply made, but they get the job done.
