I ordered this pan not really for making aebleskiver but mainly for Kanom Krok and Takoyaki. The pan is very small and makes only seven little cups at a time. This suites me well, a family of two. The cup size is actually a perfect size for the snacks. But it might be too small for making aebleskiver. It didn't come seasoned but that was very easy to do at home. The pan fits my standard-sized gas range and the food never sticks to it.Customer Review: Great Pan

I bought one of these pans for my girlfriend. I was having a hard time finding one like my mum had from years ago. Well this one is the same pan. Quality pan and wait till you start experimenting with all the different desserts and dishes you can make. Recommend this little pan to everyone. What a fun little item. A great starter pan at a great starter price. Aebelskivers are a round (think baseball) pancake, that may or may not have some sort of filling. I was a little hesitant to purchase as I have a ceramic top stove. There was no problem with heat dispersement and we had wonderful golden aebelskivers.Customer Review: It does the job & is even good for takoyaki!

This is a great little pan. It does the job pretty well. It does need to be seasoned before you use it, but that's not a big issue. It's small enough to use on the stove or a portable burner, and in addition to aebleskiver's, it makes great takoyaki. Not only did the 3 Aebleskiver pans I ordered as Christmas gifts arrive when I was told they would, but they're perfect for making these wonderful Danish doughnuts. I was under the impression the pan would be bigger (as my own is & the only size I'd ever seen), but the pan still works as well.
