I was curious about making these pancakes, so I ordered the cheapest pan I could find. If you, too, are simply curious, I would recommend this pan. It took forever to make the entire batch from the recipe I used, simply because they are so small, but it made a lot. If you are an old pro at making these and would like to make it a family ritual, then I would spend more and get a bigger size pan. This is a very exciting product at an affordable price. It is surprisingly heavy for its size and the cardboard wrapper has an aebleskiver recipe (no sugar required). Made in Taiwan.
The pan needs to be seasoned but I only oiled it when it was heated and the aebleskivers released without a problem. My first attempt was successful.

You have to seasoned at first time as soon as you buy it.
With little bit of oil, it works well and Kids love to eat pancake puffs that made on it.
Be careful! It's very hot to handle so you need to grib cover because its handle is small so I could not use big kitchen glove.
