I have two of the Norpro Deluxe Munk Aebleskiver pans. I've been using them for over 20 years. They are wonderful! Aebleskiver have become a family tradition we have passed on to our married children as well. As long as the pans are kept well seasoned they work beautifully. Over the years I have tried spray oil, butter and regular oil when cooking Aebleskiver. My preference is melted butter. Make sure you brush the whole pan to prevent sticking in the event the wells overflow. Yum!
