Maybe I'm lucky, but Amazon shipped these in a flat box, instead of rolled up. So, the mats go back to laying perfectly flat after temporarily curling them to carry chopped veggies. Like competition brands, they work very well as cutting boards.
Semi transparent to show the counter top underneath, which is great only if the counter tops themselves look nice :). Understated designs without technical pie charts, and cheap enough to leave out for placemats under the flour crockery. A stack of 3 are still thin enough to stack on top of our pull out cutting board and still be able to slide the board back in for storage out of sight.

I bought a set of these at a high end discount store!! I loved them so much that I wanted to share them! I gave 2 away and the third one I used till it's sad end!
The company I work for uses award points through Amazon!! HURRAY!! There were my favorite cutting boards waiting for me to choose them.
I placed my order yesterday and cannot wait to enjoy them once again! I have always put mine in the dishwasher and have never had a problem. They are lightweight and have a large cutting surface. Then you simply fold them over and transfer to your stock pot! You can even roll your pie crusts out on them.

I changed to the flexible cutting mats when they first came out and never use the others, ever. These are so easy to just pull out, little space needed, sanitary, fold for spout to pour in bowl. I can use one for cutting veggies, use another to cut meats, another for making pies or cookies...then just rinse and put in top of dishwasher in just a few seconds. I still am using my first set from years ago. No more wooden cutting boards for me.Customer Review: Care free

I LOVE these cutting mats. I had some other ones for 8 years and finally replaced them. No more wooden cutting boards for me! These don't take up any room in the cupboard and I can put them in the dishwasher for sanitizing. They're very reasonable in price too. What more could you want?Customer Review: LOVE THEM!!!

I love these cutting boards. I use them most often for bread dough and cookies. I know there are reviews saying that they are too thin, but since I don't use them for "cutting" they are perfect for me. They are a great "pastry mat" at a reasonable size for any counter.
