Well, this thing is gigantic. It is very study, thick and not flexible at all. That's great for large burgers and other heavy items on large cooking surfaces I guess. It is heavy though. I bought it for the gigantic cookies I bake, but it's a little big and unweildy for that. I should have looked at the measurements closer. I can still use it, but find I never reach for it first. I wouldn't buy it again only because it doesn't fit my needs. It is a quality product. I would guess this thing would last a lifetime, so if that's what you're looking for, it might be perfect for you.Customer Review: Gigantic

It is very sturdy and heavy and made of quality stainless steel. It is good even for removing baking tins from the oven. This gadget will last me a life time and the next generation as well.Customer Review: ok, too big and bulky

When I saw this I thought it would be great to get those Christmas cookies off the tray quickly. It is soooo heavy I can't use it. I have offered it to my baking friends but as soon as the pick it up they don't want it. The blade could be so much thinner. Great idea, bad construction.
