I purchased this for my son in law as a Christmas gift.
He followed the instructions, soaked the top for 10 minutes in cold water...sliced off the tops of the heads before seasoning and made sure that they sat evenly on the bottom of the roasting dish.
To our delight, the result was three garlic heads roasted to perfection.
Great little item for fans of garlic.

I used to roast garlic by wrapping it up in foil and putting that in the oven, which proved to be a real pain in the neck. This roasts the garlic really well, the only thing I can say is that if you drizzle olive oil over the garlic (as I do) that I've experienced some "stickiness" that is hard to get off, but that's probably due more to the oil than the roaster.Customer Review: A Fine Addition to Any Kitchen

I put this in the microwave for 1 minute and out comes the most delicious cooked garlic! You don't have to add anything to it! Cooked garlic, just by itself is very sweet- even my 2 year old enjoys it.Customer Review: Love it!

My husband and I love this item! We can fit 2 (or sometimes 3) garlic bulbs into this garlic baker that we put into our little convection oven. It's really easy and the garlic comes out perfect!
