I'm happy with with this infuser; it does the job well. I did notice what other reviewers said - that it lets tea leaf "specks" get through - but this doesn't bother me.
The infuser looks spacious, but if you use leaves that open up or expand a lot when steeping, you should experiment with the amount so the leaves have enough room. After steeping about 15 Rishi Jasmine Pearls a couple times, the infuser looks close to full.
As you might have noticed in the picture, the infuser may stay dipped in your tea even when the infuser is sitting on the cup's rim. So you might want to use a larger or taller cup.
This kind of infuser is more "work" to operate versus the spring-loaded type, because you have to close the 2 halves then fasten the clip manually. One time I forgot to fasten it and the tea spilled out. After that, I haven't forgotten.
