I love cheesecake, however, the calories from just one slice can wreck a weeks worth of healthy eating! I thought the idea on a mini was wonderful. They are the perfect size and you can feel like you are indulging without ALL the guilt! The cakes cooked beautifully and removed from the pan like a dream. I would recommend this to any cheesecake lover or anyone who just likes to entertain- they are perfect for tea parties and dinner parties!
