On rather short notice, I was asked to bake a kransekage for a relative's wedding although I'd never tried it before. There was no time to experiment! I ordered the Norpro set, which seemed to have a convenient design and found it to be a good quality product with clear instructions. It all went off without a hitch on my first try.
