The Norpro Oslo 5 inch utility knife is by far my favorite knife in the kitchen. I have a sizeable collection of general and chef knives from various makers, including the 7 and 5 inches Santokus also by Norpro Oslo (which are great), but this versatile blade is the one I reach for 9 times out of 10 for general cutting tasks.

If I had to get rid of them all and keep only one, I would keep this comfortably balanced, nicely flexible, sharp and versatile utility knife.
