I love the mind that figured this one out. There's plenty of pasta-hanging area in a small space. Also, I love that I can take the whole thing apart and put it back in the box and keep it where I keep trays...easy storage.
I did, however, get one that only had three holes drilled in it, rather than the four that it's supposed to have. For the price I can drill the fourth hole....I just have to get the right angle. I didn't return it because I was making pasta and wanted to use it right away.
As another reviewer stated, the holes for the dowels are a little sloppy so the dowels slide out when removing the pasta, but I found that to be good because I just slip a wooden spoon handle under the pasta and slide the dowel out for easier removal of the dried pasta from the stand.
I love this dryer.... inexpensive and very useful....and much better than propping sticks between the backs of chairs.

A pasta drying rack! For when you make pasta.
That's awful simple, isn't it? Yes, yes it is. In fact, I hardly think I can come up with any ways to make this better.
Except make it taller. I like loooong pasta noodles, and even if they aren't that long, when draped over one of these wooden sticks gravity (our old nemesis!) does its work and elongates even the shortest of noodles and spaghetti.
Until they make the zero-G version of this where the above issue is alleviated, perhaps a taller model would work better. And maybe with a few more spokes. I make lots of pasta at once.

Does the job well, I bought 2 since one reviewer said it did not hold a lot of pasta, but i find that for my needs one is normally enough. Minus one star since the holes for the dowels are a little large and there is no real resistance, so I find myself often sliding the dowel as I place and rearrange the pasta on the dowel. Thought the base was a little wobbly, but then realized that I screwed it in reversed. LOL Its a nice accompianment to the KA KPRA rollers i bought.Customer Review: Convenient

This pasta drier is very convenient, but be warned that it is only big enough to hold about 4-6 servings of spaghetti. One thing I love about this drier is that it comes apart very easily with no tools and can be stored in a drawer.
Don't make your spaghetti too long or it will hang onto the counter.

This handy little drying rack makes drying pasta easier and less messy than before. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the sticks for each rack are too close together making it slightly difficult to place the pasta separately on each rack.
