This drying rack assembles easily and has sufficient room to dry a batch of pasta. It is such an improvement over trying to hang pasta over a collander or something to keep it from sticking! I disassemble mine and put it back in the box when I am not using it, to store it, as it is extremely bulky and awkward to store assembled. The assembly and disassembly is easy and quick. This drying rack is wonderful!! It takes up so little space to store and is so easy to assemble in just a few seconds. It works great and holds lots of pasta, and takes up very little room when set up on the counter. Plus, it is so easy to just pick up and carry over to the stove to pop the pasta into the boiling water. Great for anyone who doesn't want a rack that takes up room, and doesn't have really big amounts of pasta to dry at one time.Customer Review: pasta dryer

Have not actually used this as yet. For more than 50 years I have been drying my noodles on the dining room table on waxed paper (having to remove objects on the table first), or on a drying pole(which fell off more than once and I abandoned), and I feel this will be the answer. I have a pasta machine, but cannot seem to get the same quality of noodle from it.Customer Review: Very Useful!

I bought this drying rack long before I purchased my pasta attachments for my KitchenAid. . .and I love this drying rack. It fits perfectly on the counter top. It's easy to assemble and disassemble, and easy to store. In fact, I'm back to purchase a second one because I love making pasta so much! I love to make homemade pasta by the pounds but have never figured out a good way to dry it for storage. This pasta rack can hold more than two pounds of linguini or fettuccini, it doesn't take up much room on the counter workspace and is easy to assemble, take apart and store. I'm glad I bought it and the price can't be beat.
