Nice hardwood rack, easy to put together and take apart in seconds.
The best way to hang the pasta is to insert the lowest dowel first, hang your pasta, insert the second dowel hang your pasta.
Much easier to handle the pasta that way.
My dowels are nice and snug fitted, no problems there.

I got this drying rack when I got the Kitchen Aid pasta roller attachment for my mixer. The rack is inexpensive, works well, and comes apart easily for storage. What more could I ask for? I only make enough pasta for 4 to 6 people at a time. If you make large quantities, you might want a drying rack with more arms.Customer Review: Great Product - Right Price

This works great. No problems at all with assembly or dis-assembly. Everything seems to fit in the holes properly - you don't want it too tight! This little tool is also good for drying plastic storage bags after washing. The Norpro Pasta rack is great! What I like most about the drying rack is its easy to assemble, use and put away. Before I had to lay the pasta to dry on the counter, which in my kitchen is limited. This rack IS great. This is only the second time I've made my own pasta noodles and this rack definitely made it MUCH easier this second time around. It's easy to assemble & disassemble. The size is perfect for a good quantity of noodles. And the price is right. I highly recommend this rack.
