Easy to put together and store. The first time I rolled out a chilled pie crust it came out perfect...one roll, no sticking. The second time I rolled out a chilled pie crust it came out perfect, one roll, no sticking. You can't beat that! I thought the circles would be really lame but they help immeasurably to get it right the first time. So with one roll the pie crust was the flakiest ever! I used one for an apple and the other for a quiche. All my other quiches using the store bought crust, the bottom crust was icky. This bottom crust was FLAKY!!! I used the pioneer woman's pie crust recipe and once rolled and in the pan kept it chilled in the frig until ready to fill and bake. This cloth and rolling pin cover has made pie making fun and easy and I can't wait to roll out cookies! Once I was done with it I took it apart and folded the cloth and rolling pin cover and am storing it in the freezer in a ziploc for the next use. Don't hesitate to give it a try and love it. Your pie-eaters will thank you!
