I was somewhat disappointed with the size of the raviolis from this mold. It was hard to tell size from the description. It did work well and I found it easy enough to use.

Customer Review: Works Well but Do Not Put in Dishwasher

The title says it all, the device works fine but one trip through the dishwasher and it will oxidize like you won't believe. After the first use, and one dishwashing, I scrubbed for half an hour to get the device to a state that did not transfer too much aluminum oxide off on my hands or the ravioli I was making. The product was $12, so I guess I should have figured the finish was not dishwasher safe but a warning would have been nice. At $12 it is not worth sending back, I'll just buy another and be more careful. If you do buy one of these sort of devices, a wooden rolling pin and some cooking spray are mandatory. Hand wash when you are done!!!

I have made ravioli for years. I tried this devise just last weekend and found it be be so, so. The problem is, it does not cut an separate the individual ravioli from the group. The form is made of aluminum and it just does not cut well. One can make the ravioli much faster by hand.

I returned this product on March 3, 2011 and have sent several e-mails regarding a credit to my account but apparently they have not received my return. I can't believe that they have not received my return to date. Very discouraging! I do not think I would order from this company again.
