I have two young children who are ketchup hounds!! We USED to have an issue where they would rub their food item (ie: fries) around the blob of ketchup before eating it instead of 'dipping it'. Well, soon the blob is a bigger blob but since they don't get their food saturated with ketchup, they THINK they no longer have any more. Well, thanks to these teeny bowls, that's no longer our problem!! In fact, with only one squirt, they are set for their dinner when before they 'needed' several squirts of ketchup during their meals. LOVE THEM!! :-) No downside to them, I'd highly suggest them!Customer Review: Fantastic little kitchen tools

I initially wanted the glass style of pinch bowl but I absolutely love these. They are great for cooking and baking. I use them for spices, olive oil, onions, anything I only need a small amount of. I even use it to serve individual sides of butter with meals. It is easy to get anything out of them since they're flexible, and if you have any trouble, you can just use a spatula (my favorite is the Blue, 9 Inch Trudeau Silicone Spatula) to help you get every last bit out of the bowl. Very practical and useful for almost everything you make in the kitchen.Customer Review: great for prep work

I received a set of these bowls as part of a wedding present. Useful, aesthetic, and durable. My wife and I spend lots of time in the kitchen together and we enjoy trying out new recipes. Having all our prep work done first, and everything measured out before the cooking itself is always useful with a new recipe.
The "pinching" is a better feature than I had thought it would be- it makes it easier to pour than if the bowls were hard sided.
These little bowls clean up easily and stack conveniently for storage.

My 2 1/2 year old daughter and I love these bowls.
I had originally gotten them for myself, to use while baking & cooking, but they really are just the right size for her little fingers. We use them as "dippy bowls" by putting ketchup or ranch dressing in them, and she also likes to feed her dolls "soup" in them.
I love them for cooking especially. I always have one in the fridge holding my garlic, and it never absorbs the garlic odors.
I am 100% pleased with my purchase!

My two young kids love these for ketchup for fries, dip for veggies, salsa, nacho cheese sauce etc. They use a lot less when the stuff is in the bowl as it does not spread all over the plate. They can actually scrape almost everything out of the little bowls.
You can wash them in the dishwasher, but you need a little basket. I still have mine from washing pacifiers and such. The baskets can be found in the infant section of store and are useful for washing any small item (icing tips, small lids etc).
