I can't figure out the negative reviews? My daughters and I own multiple "hard" plastic mats which we use for everything. I make TONS of bread, especially sweet rolls and the secret short cut is to roll the dough, not knead it. I bought two, one for my daughter who has a "soft" short bread recipe and one for myself. Both were lightly folded, no creases and the silocone knocked my socks off :). I made bread and usually have to heavily flour everything. Nothing sticks to this, a small sprinkle of flour out of habit and my kitchen didn't look like nuclear fallout. Clean up is a breeze, normally I need to scrap and wash, this was just a gentle wipe down. I realize it isn't as big as some but it is easier to store and great for pies and normal batches of dough. If you need bigger, buy bigger, I just revert to one of my larger mats.Customer Review: Gets the job done

I've used this twice since I got it and it's worked great both times for rolling out pie crusts. The only thing I find a tad annoying is that it's a little hard to clean, since it's a rather large surface to stuff in the sink. Still, it doesn't stick, and it's super simple to use its flexibility to move a pie crust into the pan. I'm looking forward to trying it as a cookie-pan liner when Xmas baking season is upon us. Oh, and the creases from the folds are definitely no problem at all, and I have always folded it back up again for storage.Customer Review: Good product for a good price

This item does what it is intended to do. Unlike other reviews I have not had any problems with ink coming off or creases. This mat stays put on my counter & doesn't move. I wrapped it around my rolling pin for storage. I can tell that there could be a problem with cutting the mat, so becareful. This is not a cutting board! I will be using mine to roll out dough so that should not be a problem. Dough that is too wet will still stick to this mat just like it will to anything else.Customer Review: Excellent

I have been using this for a month and it works great. I mostly make cookies. Rolling out the dough is easy. I can take the whole thing to the sink no more cleaning and scraping the counter! I have been using a culinary cooking book that asks you to roll out the dough certain lengths so now I don't have to go hunting for a ruler. Just watch out with sharp instruments - it will cut the material. Despite the 3 cuts I am still able to use it with no problem.Customer Review: LOVE this mat!

After buying an ultra disappointing Wilton rolling mat this is heaven! Clings great to my rolling surface, very sturdy/heavy compared to the Wilton, very easy to clean and store. Use almost no grease (for fondant) or flour for cookie or pie dough. Is plenty large for the frequent home baking I do. Can't recommend enough!
