This product is not a quality product. The paint on the pastry mat looks like it will scrap off. I'm not sure that's safe for your food, not to mention it's really flimsy so when it's packaged it's folded up and the folds don't go away. Which makes it hard to use with a bunch of creases where it was folded. This item got returned.Customer Review: Blue tinted dough...

This pastry mat does what it features. However, my biggest concern is that it still turns my dough blue after couple times of use. So I have to scrape the colored part of dough every time when this situation happens. I wish all the markings were printed on the back side of the mat but not on the rolling side.Customer Review: Turned my cookies blue!

I was very excited about using this mat to roll out our Christmas sugar cookies. The FIRST time I used it, it turned my cookies blue. This is not a good product. I bought it and I immediately returned it. The paint on the pastry mat run into the pastry. I don't know if it's safe for the food, but it doesn't look like nice. It's cheap but the quality is really bad.
