Bought this to replace my old rusted spaetzle and it is perfect! the plastic glides way better than my old one and i never have to worry about it rusting on top. the grated part is much smoother and sinier even after using and washing with hard so cal water! love it and recommended my mom replace hers as well.Customer Review: Spaetzle sublime

It's a pretty simple appliance, it sure does make spaetzle. I've used the recipie included several times and it comes out pretty darned good. It's a little pain to clean, but that goes with the territory when working with spaetzle batter. Lots of watter and soaking and it is fine.Customer Review: This Spaetzle Maker is the best!

I was asked to contribute to Thanksgiving Dinner by making German Spaetzle, but being in the middle of a move did not have my "gear". This Spaetzle maker was delivered fast and for a relatively low price. It's a good quality, too, and I can only recommend it.
