On the strength of the above review, hesitating only because there were no others, I bought the product. I can now corroborate the conlusions there stated. I gave five stars because I doubt that the handle would cause a problem in ordinary use. Mine was not riveted but seems to be spot welded (securely).

No non-stick coated utensils for us, so this was the perfect choice when we wanted a quality egg poacher.
With a little olive oil the poached eggs slide right out of the mini pans and the clear glass lid allows us to see when they are done to our liking.
Would definitely recommend this.

Great quality product. Compared to others I looked at, this one cooks 5 at a time, which was a big selling point for me. Definitely have to spray a little cooking oil in each poacher. I bought this pan not knowing what to expect. The pan has good weight to it and as long as you give the cups a little swirl of butter or olive oil, the eggs come right out without leaving a mess. Takes a few times to get the eggs just right but now that I have it down pat.......I am 100% happy.
