Worst baking pan I've ever owned. We received it as a gift (it had been on one of our wish lists) and found, before even using it, that there were several manufacturing flaws. Something had struck the pan in a pattern during the manufacturing process, creating a line of shallow gauges across the width of the pan's cooking surface. Also, the finish work on the rim edges, where it is folded over the rim and back under the lip, was extremely shoddy. Metal was rippled and uneven, leaving several sharp edges. There were at least 3 sharp spikes of scrap material sticking out from under the edges.
No more Norpro for us.

Before I used it today, I tried - and I repeat - tried to wash the 10 x 14 piece of paper off the baking sheet. The glue they used would NOT come off, so I soaked and scrubbed and nothing worked. UNTIL I used WD-40 on the glue. THEN it came off. And left a rectangular mark where the glue was, plus all the scratches from my scubbing. So I have a brand new baking sheet that looks like a used piece of crap. So much for buying anything else from Amazon - I'll find somewhere else to buy books and kitchen equipment. Sign me, VERY UNHAPPY.Customer Review: Not worth the money!!!

This is absolutely the worst baking sheet that I have ever owned. Every time I put it in the oven it warps. So today I tried baking a maple pecan pie, and all the syrup ran off on one side of the pie because as soon as I put it in the oven, it warped again, and then the pie tilted to one side. So now all my pecans are on one side of the pie shell.
This is definitely not worth the 8.99 that I spent for it. I'm putting it in the recycling bin RIGHT NOW!!! I wish there were some way that I could give less than ONE star.

The manufacturers of the this pan have the most wonderful glue to stick a label to the surface of the pan. It took me 2 hours to get all the glue off the pan. The pan comes sealed in plastic so there is NO need to glue the label to the pan with some space age adhesive. I had to use laquer thinner and steel wool to scrub the glue off. Now I have 2 brand new jelly roll pans that each have 2 scraped up spots on each pan. Think twice before you purchase this pan.
