I have one at home, and I have one at the bar I work at. Nothing compares. Everyother hand juicer I've seen is either aluminum, or powder coated aluminum. Aluminum can react to your juices, causeing an oxidized flavor. Save yourself the trouble and get this one.

-Cleans easily, and you don't have to worry about scrubbing the paint off.
-Better ergonomics than other juicers I've used
-no paint or aluminum in your juice!

We saw a bartender using a juice press like this one, so we searched around until we found it. The juice press we had been using had a colored coating which started to flake off after being washed numerous times in the dishwasher. If it can't be washed in the dishwasher, I don't want it, so this stainless steel device is great.
This one is so easy to clean, and it's great to use. The only reservation I have is for someone with small hands; it might be too big to use easily, but then, it has to accommodate large lemon halves.

Have been looking for a stainless, large squeezer for limes, lemons and oranges for quite a while and was very discouraged with the selection. To cut to the end, I didn't buy the neon green aluminum ones, or plastic or pressed SS sheet metal styles, and I'm glad I didn't. This has worked fantastically on all citrus fruits I have mashed thru it, and it's strong (really heavy weight) and great looking. Like something you should see in a serious kitchen, not some fad colored, powder-coated piece of junk like most out there. It works; it doesn't take up much room; it isn't any messier than any other method of extracting citrus juice that I've found and it doesn't impart any metallic taste like aluminum ones do. Add the fact that it is built to last and just buy it, you won't be disappointed.
I have a lime tree and it produces a couple of bushels of limes each year, so mine gets used a lot. If you are careful you can keep the oils from the outside that are bitter out of the juice, which is almost impossible with the stand type juicers.

I truly can't imagine why this juicer has ANY negative comments.. it's gorgeous, incredibly efficient, very sturdy, the perfect size.. AMAZING! I have owned two others brands over the years and this is SO superior to anything I've ever used! I LOVE IT!! I go through at least 2 or 3 lemons and limes a day and with this juicer there is no waste, you get ALL the juice out. It's beautifully made and a very functional addition to any well equipped kitchen. I highly recommend it!
