After having used and broken more than one lemon press, I feel entirely confident that such a fate will not befall the Norpro press. This puppy gets it done! I am very, very impressed with the ease of use (squeezes out every last drop) and the ease of cleaning (just pop in the dishwasher, comes out gleaming). I cannot recommend this press enough. After using my old fashioned type of juice squeezer for years and straining my hand to get the maximum out of lemons I looked around for a better solution. After buying this juice press I felt stupid for using my old technique for so many years. I chose this model based on other buyers reviews of different brands. It cost more, but after squeezing a few dozen limes and limons already, I can report it is well made, has a big enough bowl to handle all but the size of an orange or larger citrus', it cleans easily (either by hand or dishwasher), and for a woman with small hands I can operate it well.Customer Review: Squeeze Please - Works Great...

I love making mojitos... And as fun as it is to muddle mint and lime together, it's much more ecnomical to juice the lime first, and throw the juiced rind into the mix...
This juicer get's every little bit out of each lime I squeeze. I bought the stainless steel for it's durablity and in the first 3 weeks have not been disappointed.

Makes juicing a snap. I've used in on both limes and lemons. After halving the fruit, I cut an X about a quarter inch into the cut side so the peel will flatten easily. I first squeeze it regularly, then I turn it so it squeezes inside out. Be careful to drain the juice before flipping the peel so you don't lose any.
