Description of Norpro Stainless Steel Fish Turner NEW
13.5" Stainless steel Fish Turner.Keeping whole or filleted fish intact when turning or serving is a delicate task. This tool makes it easy, whatever the cooking method--grilling, poaching, frying, or baking. The turner's head is a generous 9 inches wide and 3-1/4 inches deep, and is slightly concave so that a fish slides on and stays put. Perforations reduce stickiness and permit cooking oils or liquids to drain away. The turner is 13-1/2 inches long overall, keeping the cook's hand well away from the heat, and is constructed of rigid 18/8 stainless steel to provide stability. Dishwasher-safe. --Fred Brack
