I received this quickly & tried it out immediately. I was impressed at how sturdy it is. Some might find the amount of pressure it takes to push it down (to get the whisk to turn) a little hard; but I look at it as exercise for my shoulder! It works & you can get frothy eggs with only one hand/arm in pretty short order -- Pretty cool! It might be difficult to whip thicker concoctions, but it's great for eggs & omletes, & such. I use it in a 2-cup measuring cup on a non-slip surface so it doesn't skid all over the counter.
