I finally started making my own tortillas after a friend at work shared her homemade corn tortillas, filled with chicken and peppers, with me. They were nothing like the packaged ones from the store. So during my tortilla and Mexican food craze, I purchased this handy keeper to help them stay warm. The keeper also works well for pancakes. The tortillas stay warm enough for me without external heat, so I haven't used this in the microwave.
